We are open 9 am till 4 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major federal holidays or the observed day for that federal holiday.
We have in store pickup available for our local customers. If you would prefer one shipper over another, just let us know when placing the order. We can package your product very well and use the carrier of your choice.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash or check for our local customers and Account customers are capable of charging their purchase to be invoiced at the end of their cycle.
Since we produce custom printing, we do not accept returns on printed items. If their was a mistake and it was on our end, we will work with you to satisfy the order. If you made the mistake then we will work with you to replace the item as fast as possible but you will be responsible for the costs of reprinting.
We scale our pricing already, so if you order in larger quantities you automatically save as much as possible. It is always more cost effective to order more at once. We do not discount multiple orders across a short time, only when ordered at once so production can benefit.
